You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.
Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Amazing design very beautiful, there was a chipped piece at the bottom of the cup, but other than that, it’s fantastic
Beautiful design and amazing quality
I had this beautiful cup before but unfortunately my lovely dog wagged his tail so much one day he knocked it off the table, so I have just bought it again as it is THE perfect size for my morning cuppa, afternoon tea and nighttime herbal. I actually missed it!!
The colours and design are lovely and the little cockatoo sits perfectly on the handle allowing my thumb to rest on its back - it really is delightful! I love it!
Oh, and it came in the prettiest box which I will find s as use for. Thank you for still stocking it. I shall keep it out of wagging tails way in future!
